An honest look at your own journey

Sep 25, 2024

As I turned the last horse out at sunset, picked up an empty mineral bag and a pair of socks at the gate (I’ll let you guess who left them there 🤣),

I realized a few things:

Wow! It’s beautiful right now. Breathing in the calm and peace, breathing out the stress of the day.

Our life is probably different than others and that’s ok- we’re each supposed to live out our unique vision and dream and purpose.

I don’t have to be wonder woman strong Mom every day, and neither do you.

Feeling tired at the end of the day is not all bad, but hurting and/ or dragging is not a good place to be.
I need to sleep better.

The realization that I don’t have to “do it all on my own” hit me strongly.

And the gratitude I feel deeply for the many natural options I’ve found for health and healing, the beautiful humans in my circle and the fresh air and animals all around that help me stay going.

I’ve always been a solutions and connection person. Since high school when friends would call and we’d talk on the phone for hours, late at night- yep! Remember the kitchen phone with the long cord!?! ☎️😆

If you’re like me, a strong, healthy person, but deep down you have challenges you’ve been just glossing over because you don’t want to seem “weak”, you’re not alone.

It’s ok to reach out. I’m challenging myself to share more and be even more real with you all as I heal on the next level from my horse accident last year and navigate menopause as an active, driven mama with a younger kiddo.

This cowgirl is not slowing down!

Yes, it’s true- there are so many levels of healing.

Let’s do it together.

Comment or message me if you’re feeling stuck or quietly struggling.

As I’ve said before, if I can’t help, I can probably connect you to someone who can!
