Magical morning mental mile is back!
Perfect start to my day.
>Peaceful
>Quiet
>No digital
>Sun on my face and in my eyes to jump start healthy serotonin levels (improved metabolism, energy and sleep patterns)
>Gently moving and stretching my body
>Speaking gratitude out loud
>Praying for a great day
>Smelling the sweetness of morning dew and flowers
>Listening to birds, hugs and muddy doggies
>Collecting my thoughts and breathing so my day will flow the best it can
>Realizing how vast the opportunities are for today
>And being open to receive all that is coming to me.
Walk, run, shuffle a mile anywhere, preferably outside.
Cut digital distractions.
No race against anything. Just move, and enjoy.
Today, I’m extra grateful for the fact that I can walk the mile.
6 weeks ago I needed a LOT of help just to get up and go to the bathroom.
Every day you are making progress.
Focus on how far you’ve come, and use it as fuel to keep going.
