Quick and Easy Summer Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
- Avocado Oil
- Lemon Juice or Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2:1 ratio of oil to lemon juice or ACV
- 2 fresh pressed garlic cloves.
- 1/2 teaspoon honey or agave nectar
- Fresh or dried herbs to taste (Basil, cilantro, lemon sage, oregano)
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Shake together well and dress salad.
