Take a walk outside and move.

Soak up some sunlight and fresh air in the morning.

Send an email or two you have on your list.

Deep breathing to relax and refocus.

Do the dishes.

Fold some laundry and put it away.

Read out loud to your kids.

Play a game.

Make a post, engage and respond on social media.

Take a shower.

Make a few phone calls.

Have a cup of tea and nutritious snack.

Write in your journal.

Meditate.

Speak gratitude.

Run an errand.

Brush your horse.

Take your dog for a walk.

The list is infinite!ā™¾ļø

It’s incredible what you can accomplish in just 10 minutes if you focus.

Be present.

Do instead of thinking about doing it.

And the investment you’ve made will pay dividends.

You’ll amaze yourself at your power to get things done.
